1 box yellow or lemon flavored cake mix
4 eggs
1/2 c. poppy seeds
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 c. hot water
1 small pkg instant coconut (or other flavor) pudding mix

Directions:
Directions:
Beat all ingredients together for 4 minutes. Bake in 2 greased and floured 9x5 loaf pans at 350 for 45-50 minutes or until toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
