1 cup sugar
2 T butter
1 cup corn syrup

Bring to a boil stirring constantly. Let cool until tepid.

3 eggs, slightly beaten
pinch of salt
2 tsp cornmeal
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 cup pecans

Directions:
Directions:
When syrup mixture is cool, whisk into beaten eggs and remaining ingredients. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350 for 55 minutes.
