1/8 t. salt
2/3 c. sugar
1 t. cinnamon
1/4 t. nutmeg
1/2 t. ginger
2 eggs, beaten
1 2/3 c. milk
1 1/2 cooked pumpkin
1/2 recipe pastry (one ready-made crust)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine dry ingredients and stir into eggs. Add milk and pumpkin. Line 9 inch pie pan with pastry and pour in filling. Bake at 450 for 10 minutes. Reduce temperature to 350 and 40-50 minutes longer. Makes a deep pie so have the crust stand up around the edge.
