2 packages brownies
6 T flour
3 c. powder sugar
3 T. butter
3/4 tsp mint extract
milk to moisten
green food coloring
12 T. butter
12 oz. package chocolate chips

Make brownies according to directions on the box. Stir in flour. Pour in an 11 x17 pan. Cook at 340 for 45 minutes.

Mix powder sugar, 3T butter, mint extract, a bit of milk, and green food coloring together and spread over COOLED brownies.

Chocolate Top:
Melt 12T. butter and chocolate chips together. Stir well. Be careful to not overcook chocolate. Pour and spread over frosted brownies.
