1/2 c peanut butter
1/2 c margarine
1/2 c brown sugar
1/2 c sugar
1 egg
1 1/4 c flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 packages (14oz each) miniature peanut butter cups

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, cream together peanut butter, margarine, sugars and eggs. Sift flour and baking powder and add to the mixture. Blend thoroughly and stir in vanilla. Roll dough, 1/2 tsp at a time, into balls. Place each ball into an ungreased mini-muffin tin. Press the top of each ball slightly with thumb. Bake at 350 for 8 to 10 minutes. Lightly press an unwrapped peanut butter cup into the center of each cookie. Allow to set 15 minutes and remove from pan.
