2 egg whites 2/3 c sugar 1/2 tbsp vanilla 1 1/3 c coconut
Preheat oven to 325º. In medium bowl beat egg whites until soft peaks form add vanilla, add sugar 1 tbsp at a time beating until stiff. Fold in coconut. Drop in rounded teaspoonfuls onto lightly greased cookie sheet. bake for 20 minutes or until edges are lightly browned
