1 large flank steak
MARINADE:
1/4 c. soy sauce
2 T. salad oil
2 T. honey
1 T. wine vinegar
1 clove garlic
1 tsp. minced fresh ginger root (or 1/2 tsp. ground ginger)

Directions:
Directions:
Marinate the flank steak for several hours or overnight in the marinade. Broil 4 minutes per side for rare or to desired doneness. Slice diagonally and thinly.

This steak can be broiled in your oven broiler or grilled on your outside BBQ grill. Makes a great meal when served with roasted new red potatoes and steamed green beans. Yum!
