2 lbs skirt steak 1 C soy sauce 2 C pineapple juice 2 tbsp ground cumin 1 1/2 tsp minced garlic 1/4 C lime juice
Combine all ingredients, except steak, with a whisk in a measuring bowl. Pour marinade over the meat. Marinate in the refrigerator for 6-8 hours. Broil or grill steak to desired doneness. Slice and serve for tacos or burritos.
