3-4 lbs pork spareribs, cut up
1/2 C soy sauce
1/2 C catsup
1/2 C brown sugar
1/2 C honey
1 clove garlic, minced

Directions:
Directions:
Place ribs in large pot and add enough water to cover. Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer 30 to 45 min., then drain. Combine soy sauce, catsup, brown sugar, honey, and garlic in large glass dish. Add ribs and marinate at least 20 min. or overnight. Broil or grill ribs until nicely browned, basting occasionally.
