1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 tbsp. (small envelope) Knox gelatin 6 oz. cream cheese 1 C. chopped celery 3 tbsp. chopped green onion 1-2 cans crab or shrimp 1 C. mayonaise
Dissolve gelatin in 3 tbsp. of cold water. Bring cream of mushroom soup to a boil. Blend in gelatin and cream cheese until smooth. Fold in celery, onion, crab/shrimp, and mayonaise. Pour into greased mold(s). Refrigerate until firm. Serve with crackers.
