1 chicken or 6 chicken breasts, 2 c. long grain rice, 1can cream of mushroom soup, 1 can Chicken Gumbo soup, 1 can water, 1can sliced mushrooms, 1/2 cup Cooking Sherry, 1 cup diced celery, 1 pkg. onion soup.

Cut up chicken or you can use chicken breasts. Mix together in a 9"X13" pan, rice, soup, mushrooms, Sherry and celery. Place chicken pieces on top. Cover with foil. Bake 11/2 hrs. at 350 Take off foil, sprinkle on onion soup mix. Bake 15 min. more.
