1 1/2 -2 lbs. beef tri-tip
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 soup can filled w/ red wine
1 package dried onion soup mix
1 package of mushrooms
white rice

Directions:
Directions:
Cut tri-tip into 1-2 inch peices. mix mushroom soup, red wine, onion mix together to blend ingedients, place meat, sliced mushrooms, and liquid mix together in glass baking dish, mix all together well. Bake at 325 degrees for 45-60 minutes. Prepare white rice according to directions. Serve hot over desired amount of rice.
