1/2 tsp Salt
2 T Brown Sugar
2 T Butter
1 C Miniature Marshmallows
8 oz can Peach Slices
46 oz canned Sweet Potatoes, drained

Directions:
Directions:
Put sweet potatoes in a casserole dish. Cut up any larger pieces. Sprinkle salt over the top. Drain the peaches but keep the liquid. Place peaches evenly over the potatoes. Sprinkle the brown sugar over the peaches. Pour 2 tablespoons of the peach liquid over the sugar. Cut butter into pieces and place around the top. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and remove foil. Top with marshmallows. Put back in the oven and bake for another 10 to 12 minutes.
