1 c. flour 1/2 c. salt 2 tsp. cream of tartar 1 T. veg. oil 1 c. water Food coloring
Combine flour, salt, and cream of tartar in saucepan. Add water, oil, and food coloring. Cook and stir until moisture is absorbed and mixture forms a ball. Remove from heat and knead until smooth. Store in airtight container or Ziploc baggie.
