2 boxes frozen spinach (thawed and squeezed dry)
1 lb. container Small Curd Cottage Cheese
1/4 lb. American cheese
1/2 stick softened butter
3 eggs
3Tbs. flour
Sprinkle of Nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350
Grease a 11/2 quart casserole dish.

Mix together cottage cheese, American cheese, butter and eggs, then mix in spinach, then add flour last. Mix well, pour into casserole dish and sprinkle a bit of Nutmeg on top.
Bake for 1 hour
