2 8oz. pkg cream cheese
2 cups finely shredded sharp cheddar
2 tsp grated onions
2 cloves garlic minced
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
3/4 finely chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
In a large mixing bowl combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, onions, garlic, and Worcestershire sauce. Use electric mixer on medium speed and mix all ingredients thoroughly. Once mixed shape cheese mixture into a ball. Place nuts on aluminum foil and roll cheese ball in the nuts until the ball is completely covered.

Serve with crackers. Enjoy.

I got this recipe at the same time I received the tuna log. However, I must say most people like the tuna log better. But if you make both appetizer's, you look great taking them to a party. Both are so very easy to make.
