1/2 cup rice (cooked until soft)
1/8 cup sugar
1 qt milk
salt to taste

3 eggs (well beaten)
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
In large cooking pot combine rice, 1/8 cup of sugar, and milk. Cook on stove top until soft.

In large mixing bowl mix eggs, 1/2 cup of sugar, and vanilla. Add mixture to rice, stirring rapidly.

Cool and serve with whip cream.
