3/8 cup Milk
3/8 cup Water
1 Egg
3 Cups All-purpose Flour
1 tsp Salt
4 tblsp Butter
1/3 cup Sugar
3 tsp Active Dry Yeast

1/3 cup sugar
2 tsp ground cinnamon

2 cups Sugar
1/2 cup Whipping Cream
1 cup Butter
1/2 cup Confectioners Sugar

Place all ingredients for the dough in the a bread machine. Select dough setting.

When dough is complete, remove and turn out onto floured surface.

Brush two 9" cake pans with some of the melted butter from the filling. With a sharp knife, divide the dough in half. With a rolling pin, roll each half into a 20x5 inch rectangle.

For the filling, brush each rectanglewith the rest fo the melted butter. In a small bowl, combine sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkel mixture over dough. Starting with the long edge, roll up dough tightly: pinch seam to seal. With a knife cut each roll into 24 pieces. Place the rolls cut side up in prepared pans. Cover and let rise in a warm oven 30-45 minutes.

Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
Remove from pans and let cool slightly.

Combine sugar, butter and cream in a saucepan and cook over medium heat without stirring until mixture reaches 200 degrees.

Beat icing with hand mixer and add confectioner's sugar to reach desired texture and sweetness.
