1 lb sausage
1 tube crescent rolls
1 cup thawed frozen hash browns
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
5 eggs
1/4 cup milk
1/2 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
2 tbsp. parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook sausage and drain. Separate dough into 8 triangles and place in ungreased pizza pan with points toward center. Seal perforations. Spoon sausage on dough. Add hash browns and top with cheese. Beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Pour over cheese. Add parmesan cheese on top.
