1 pkg roll sausage- cooked, crumbled and drained
10 eggs lightly beaten
3 cups 1/2-1/2
1 tsp. salt
1 bunch green onions - chopped
1 tsp. dry mustard
16 oz day old bread - cubed
4 oz shredded cheddar cheese
4 oz shredded Swiss cheese

Directions:

Grease 9 x 13 inch pan. Place bread in pan and sprinkle with cheeses and sausage. Combine rest of ingredients together and mix well. Pour over bread and refrigerate overnight.
