3 cups flour
2 cups sugar
3 eggs
1 1/2 cups oil
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 cup crushed pineapple
1 cup chopped bananas
1 cup chopped nuts

Cream together in mixing bowl the first 8 ingredients (by hand). Do not beat.
Add pineapple, bananas, and nuts.
Pour into greased and floured 10" tube pan. Bake at 350 for 1 hour and 10 minutes. Cool in pan. (*I think this can be baked in 2 round cake pans, instead of tube pan)
1- 8 oz. pkg cream cheese
1 stick butter
1 box powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Mix and spread on cooled cake
