Ingredients:  
canned veggies (peas or corn)
(appx 1/2 cup) whole milk or light cream
1/2 pt whole milk
2 tbsp flour

Directions:
Directions:
Drain veg and add whole milk or light cream and heat to boil.

Mix 1/2 pt cold milk and 2 tbsp four. (shake well) Strain into hot veg and milk and stir until boiling.
