Tuna or Halibut fillet
Marinade:
cup butter, melted and cooled
1 tbls honey
cup orange juice
dash of soy sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Over low heat combine all ingredients for marinade.
Coat fillets or marinate for a hour.
Cook on BBQ over high heat, about 2 to 3 minutes each side. Baste each side with the marinade twice.
