4 or 5 Eggs (separated) salt and pepper 1/2 cup milk bread cubes (appx 1 or 2 slices)
Mix milk with egg yolks and bread cubes until fairly thick, salt and pepper. Beat egg whites (separately) until thick and fold into milk mixture and pour into hot greased frying pan. Cut like pie and turn pieces.
