12 cups fresh spinach, torn in bite size pieces
1 tomato, cut in wedges
2 hard cooked eggs, cut in wedges
1 small red onion, thinly sliced and separated
cup feta cheese, crumbled
1/3 cup olive oil
2 tbls wine vinegar
tsp oregano
tsp pepper

Place spinach and tomatoes in salad bowl.
Arrange eggs, onion and cheese on top.
In a screw top jar combine oil, vinegar, oregano and pepper; cover and shake well.
Pour over salad and toss.
