1 can red salmon
cup fresh breadcrumbs
1 egg
1 tbls finely chopped onion
1 tbls lemon juice
cup minced parsley
tsp dill
cup fresh breadcrumbs
Milk if needed to hold together

Directions:
Directions:
Drain liquid from salmon; remove bones and skin.
Add remaining ingredients in order listed.
Mix together.
If the mixture doesn't hold together to form a pattie, add a little milk.
Heat frying pan with butter, brown patties and serve with wedge of lemon, cocktail sauce or ketchup.
