2 lemons
4 cloves crushed garlic
olive oil
4 salmon fillets 6 to 8 oz each

Directions:
Directions:
Slice one lemon into thin slices.
On four pieces of parchment put down one or two slices of lemon, place one fillet on each sheet.
Drizzle olive oil on each fillet, top with crushed garlic and salt and pepper.
Fold the parchment over the top of the fillets and on the sides so that the packages are completely closed.
Place the packages on a baking sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. The parchment may start to brown.
Take the salmon out of the parchment, serve with diced tomato salsa.
