Red or Yukon Gold Potatoes

Combine:

Olive Oil
Lemon Pepper
Garlic

Fresh Snipped Parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Clean potatoes, cut into quarters
Toss in oil mixture
Cook for 1 hour turning every 20 minutes
Toss with fresh Parsley
