4 Portabella Mushrooms, stems removed and cut into " thick slices
8 Slices ltalian Country Bread
2 Large Tomatoes, sliced
4 Slices Fresh Mozzarella Cheese

Whisk together:
1/3 Cup Balsamic Vinegar
2 1/3 Cup Olive Oil
tsp. Lemon Pepper Seasoning 2 Large Garlic cloves, crushed

Preheat grill.
Place mushroom slices in a pie plate, brush with marinade and allow to sit for about 2 minutes.
Place mushroom slices on grill and cook for 2 minutes per side or until cooked through.
Grill bread on one side until brown about 1 minute.
Place mushroom slices on grilled side on bread, top with tomato slices, cheese and bread (grilled side down). Return to the grill and cook for one minute more per side.
Serve immediately.
This goes great with a mixed green salad tossed with the remaining marinade.
