4 large chicken breasts
4 tbls butter
2 tbls olive oil
1 clove garlic, crushed
½ cup chicken broth
½ cup heavy cream
¼ cup Marsala or dry white wine

Directions:
Directions:
Pound chicken breasts to ½ inch thickness, coat with pesto sauce.
Melt butter and olive oil in skillet; add garlic, and pepper, sauté chicken until almost done.
Add chicken broth and cream; simmer on low, covered for 5 minutes.
Serve on bed of angel hair pasta with pesto sauce.
