2 beaten eggs, 1 stick margarine melted, 1/2 cup sour cream, 2 cans cream style corn, 1/2 tbsp sugar and 1 box of Jiffy Cornbread Mix.

***For a larger meal I use:
3 beaten eggs, 1 1/2 stick of margarine melted, 3/4 cup sour cream, 4 cans cream style corn, 3/4 tbsp sugar and 1 1/2 boxes of Jiffy Cornbread Mix.

Mix together, bake in a 9"x13" dish for about 1 hour or a little less at 350 degrees.
