"I have long believed that good food, good eating is all about risk. Whether we're talking about unpasteurized Stilton, raw oysters or working for organized crime 'associates,' food, for me, has always been an adventure."--Anthony Bourdain
This recipe for Easter Sunday Fruit Salad, by Patti Harper, is from Harper Family Traditions,

Fresh Fruit including Strawberries Pineapple Blueberry's Blackberry's
Slice the pineapple into chunks Slice the strawberries into halves Place in a large bowl. Toss in blackberries and blueberry's.
If you decide to do a fresh fruit plate instead of using this as a salad simply slice the pineapple into rings, place whole strawberries on the plate and sprinkle blueberries and blackberries around the plate. If you have a little fresh mint to use as a garnish its very pretty.
