Cucumber, sweet onion, 1 C mayonnaise, 2 tbls sugar, 4 tbls apple cider vinegar and 1 tbls crushed Italian seasoning.

Directions:
Directions:
Slice raw cucumbers with or without the skin about 1/4 inch thick. Slice a sweet onion the same thickness and separate into rings. Place in bowl and set aside. In another bowl mix mayonnaise, sugar, apple cider vinegar, and crushed Italian seasoning. After mixing well, pour over cucumbers and onions, tossing together. Refrigerate.
