Pastry for double crust pie (9 inch), 2 C rhubarb - cut into 1 1/2 in. pieces, 1 to 1 1/2 C sugar, 4 tbsp butter, 1/3 C flour and 2 tbls course sugar.

Directions:
Directions:
Heat the oven to 400 degrees. Line a 9 in pie pan with the pastry. Fill with the rhubarb and strawberries tossed together. Combine the sugar and flour and sprinkle over rhubarb and strawberries. Shake the pan to distribute the sugar. Dot the butter. Top with a lattice crust brushed with milk and sprinkle on course sugar. Cover the edges of crust w/ foil, cook for 15 min. Uncover and bake another 30-35 min.
