2 chickens cut up and arranged in oblong pan.

Mix together:
8 oz. jar apricot jam
8 oz. Russian dressing
1 envelope onion soup mix

Directions:
Directions:
Pour over chicken. Season lightly with garlic salt and ginger. Bake abort 1 hour at 350 degrees. Serve over brown rice.
