Ingredients:  
4-5 Chicken Breasts, 5-6 Potatoes, 2 cans Cream of Chicken, lots of salt and pepper, Optional- 1 can of corn, pearl onions and carrots

Directions:
Directions:
Dice chicken breast up. Cook on stove top in large pan with a little bit of oil. Once the chicken is fully cooked add lot's of salt and pepper. Peel and slice potatoes. Add both cans of cream of chicken and two cans of water. Add potatoes, carrots, corn and onions to pan. Cook covered until potatoes are soft. Can be served over white rice or biscuits. Enjoy! Great on a cold, rainy night.
