1 lb ground beef
grated onion
chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1 egg
cup milk
lemon rind
lemon juice
cup bread crumbs
cup parsley, chopped
fresh basil
salt and pepper

Combine onion, garlic, egg, milk, lemon juice and lemon rind together.
In a separate bowl combine bread crumbs, parsley, basil, salt and pepper.
Mix the bread mixtures in the ground meat; add the onion/egg mixture. Mix until well combined.
Form into 2 inch balls.
Arrange in baking dish. Cover with 1 cup tomato sauce with 1 cup of water. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 45 minutes.
