8 1/4 oz. can crushed pineapple
3 oz. pack raspberry jello
16 oz. can whole cranberry sauce
1 tsp. grated orange peel
11 oz. can mandarin oranges, drained
1 cup whipping cream

Directions:
Directions:
Drain pineapple. Reserve juice. Add boiling water to juice to make 1 cup. Dissolve jello in hot liquid. Stir in cranberry sauce and orange peel. Chill until partly set. Fold in oranges and pineapple. Whip cream; fold into jello. Chill for several hours before serving.
