1 ½ lbs swordfish steaks 1 tbsp flour 1 cup sour cream 1 tbls lemon juice 1 tbls onion grated
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Lay swordfish in a greased shallow baking dish. Measure the flour in a small bowl. Gradually blend in sour cream. Add the grated onion and lemon juice and spoon over swordfish. Bake until sour cream mixture is golden brown and the dish flakes easily with a fork.
