Eggnog Muffins Recipe

2 cups flour
1 tbsp baking powder
tsp salt
2/3 cup sugar
1 egg, beaten
1/3 cup butter, melted
cup eggnog
tsp nutmeg

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Sift all dry ingredients together.
Stir in the egg, butter, eggnog and rum, stir until blended.
Fill paper lines muffin tins full.
Sprinkle with nutmeg.
Bake approximately 20 minutes.
