3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup vegetable oil
2 cups flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 cup mashed bananas (about 3)
2 eggs
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
2 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, bananas, oil and eggs in a large bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour into greased loaf pan. Bake at 350 for 60-70 minutes or until tests done. Let cool 10 minutes. Remove from pan.
