5 lbs Rump Roast (sirloin tip or Roast)
1 tsp. Sweet Basil
1/4-1/2 tsp Crushed Red Pepper
1 tsp Parsley
1 tsp Garlic Powder
2 tsp fennel (put into a tea ball)
2 Bay Leaves
2-3 Cups Water
1/4 tsp Marjoram
1 Clove Garlic Crushed
1 tsp Oregano
1 tsp Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
1. Slice meat into 1/4 sections, and brown , then place browned meat and renderings from pan and all the spices in crock pot. Meat is done when able to pull apart
