2 cups ultra fine sugar
cup butter, softened
3 jumbo eggs
3 cups sifted flour
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
4 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
tsp ground cloves
6 golden delicious apples diced
1 cup chopped walnuts
2 tsp grated orange rind
cup dark brown sugar
1 cup orange juice
1 tbsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, butter and eggs.
Sift together, flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves.
Add flour to sugar mixture.
Add apples and walnuts.
Pour into greased and floured bundt pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
Combine orange rind, dark brown sugar, orange juice and vanilla; heat until well combined.
Drizzle over hot cake while it is still in the pan.
