lb butter
lb shredded Gouda
lb shredded Cheddar
2 cups flour
2 cups finely chopped almonds, walnuts or pecans
1 tbsp. Lipton Onion Soup Mix
tsp. Cayenne Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In a food processor, cream butter and cheeses together. Add remaining ingredients and blend well, if needed mix with hands.
Form into 4 rolls, each about 1 inch in diameter. Wrap each in waxed paper and refrigerate for two hours or more. Slice into rounds, about 40 slices to a roll, place on a baking sheet.
Bake in a preheated 325 degree oven for 12 to 15 minutes or until a little golden brown. While still hot, remove with a spatula, lay on a cooling rack.
When thoroughly cool store in a canister.
