4 chicken breasts
1/4 c. olive oil
3 tsp. minced garlic
1/3 c. bread crumbs
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. basil

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425. Heat garlic and olive oil in a skillet on low heat for 10 minutes. Combine bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese in a bowl. Coat chicken breast with olive oil-garlic mixture and dip in bread crumb-cheese mixture making sure to cover chicken completely. Place chicken in baking dish and sprinkle with basil. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes.
