1/2 lg box Velveeta Cheese 1 tbsp. oil 1 sm. bunch green onions 1/2 green pepper Chili powder 1 can Rotell tomatoes
Chop green onions and pepper; saute in oil until slightly softened. Dice cheese and melt in microwave until smooth. Add pepper mixture, Rotell tomatoes, and chili powder (to taste, about 1 tsp) at once to cheese and blend well. Serve warm with tortilla chips.
