15 ears sweet corn
4 cups water
1/2 cup sugar
2 Tablespoon salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cut raw corn off cob. Add water, sugar and salt. Let soak and stand for 10 - 15 minutes. Package at once in plastic freezer bags. Freeze. Easy, simple to do without blanching corn. Very good.
