Ingredients:  
1 package of yeast
1 1/2 cups warm water
4 cups flour
1 1/2 tsp. sugar
3/4 tsp. salt
1 egg white
salt

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in water. Combine flour, sugar and salt and add to yeast. Knead until no longer sticky. Cut into 18 pieces. Roll into 14 inch strips and shape into pretzels. Place on greased baking sheet. Beat egg white until frothy. Brush onto pretzels and sprinkle on salt.
Bake at 400 for 15 minutes or until browned.
Best to eat when warm out of the oven!!
