1 lb Ground Beef
3 pcs Bread or 1/2 C Rolled Oats
8 oz Tomato or Pizza Sauce
1 tsp Salt or Onion Salt
1/2 tsp Pepper
1 tsp Oregano
1 tsp Thyme
1 Egg
1 sm Onion, chopped, optional
Shredded Cheddar Cheese, optional

Directions:
Directions:
Break the bread into chunks. Mix all ingredients together except the cheese. Put in a greased loaf pan. Sprinkle the cheese over the top. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes.

If you feel the meatloaf comes out too "juicy", you can also use tomato paste in place of the sauce. This is also good with turkey burger.
