1 pound sausage 6 slices white bread or equivalent soft oleo 1 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese 5 eggs 1 pint half and half 1/2 teaspoon salt
Cook and crumble sausage. Butter 13x9 pan. Butter bread and dice in cubes. Place in pan. Pace sausage on bread cubes. Top with cheese. Combine other ingredients and pour over. Chill at least 8 hours before baking. Bake at 350º for 30-40 minutes.
